Art Competition Preliminary Round Categories:

· Age group 3-6: Preschool group
· Age group 7-13: Junior group
· Age group 14-22: Youth group
· Age group 23-99: Adult group

Art category:
1) Painting
2) Calligraphy

Judging Criteria
The organiser will invite a judging panel to assess the works. Scores will also take account of the online “VOTE ME” voting percentage. Total: 100 points.

• Content of the work: positive and wholesome, and closely aligned with the theme (40 points).
• Structure of the work: balanced composition and well-planned layout (30 points).
• Artistic value: clear meaning, originality and creativity (30 points).

评分标准
主办方将邀请比赛评委，根据以下标准评分及线上投票得分率 VOTE ME：
满分：100 分

• 作品内圆：健康向上，紧扣主题（40)
• 作品结构：构图均衡，布局合理（30)
• 艺术品价值：寓意鲜明，内圆新颖，富有创造性（30)

Awards and Certificates

All participants will receive a SCCCE certificate endorsed by Singapore Member of Parliament, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Singapore and the Singapore Tourism Board. 

奖项及证书

所有参加挑战赛的选手都将会获得由新加坡国会议员、中国驻新加坡大使馆、 新加坡旅游局认证的《翰墨传情》证书。
