Description: I made this artwork because I wanted to share a little of what my Chinese culture is about with others. I like unicorns and fish, and so I have decided to use them in my painting by combining them both together. I added elements like unicorn horns and strange-looking tails. I made each koi fish unique. I added lily pads with lotus flowers on top of each of them, and chose blue for the background. I chose to focus on koi fishes because they represent strength, perseverance, love, bravery and dedication. I believe koi fishes attract good luck, fortune, and spiritual benefits.
