Good day. The SCCCE committee would like to invite you to participate for the: 14th SCCCE Art Festival; Openness and Inclusiveness (Chinese words).

Through this platform, we would like to connect like-minded artists from Singapore and the region to support the event by contributing their creativity flair either via Painting or Chinese Calligraphy. And at the same time, voluntary donations are welcome and they are designated to the President’s Challenge Charity. All donations are directed to the President’s Challenge Charity beneficiary groups. Please refer to the attached proposal and brochure.

The Art Competition theme for year 2024 are :

1) Preliminary round Art Competition theme – Abstract Art (closing date for artwork submission is on 28 August 2024)

2) Grand Final Art Competition theme – Openness and Inclusiveness. Date: 5 September 2024

The registration date starts from 10 June 2024 and submission of artwork will close on 28 August 2024 for the Preliminary round competition. Selected artwork will compete in the Grand Final on 5 September 2024. You are warmly invited to participate and please refer to the attached proposal letter for more information. We look forward to your participation and contribution.

To submit your artwork, just follow these steps:

翰墨传情”艺术节，每年定期邀请国际著名艺术家及学生赴新加坡，与本地著名艺术家及学生一起参加“翰墨传情——国际艺术节”。

在过去的十三年中，“翰墨传情”不仅获得业界及媒体的一致好评，还获得新加坡官方支持。

第十四届“翰墨传情”艺术节将以[容]为主题。【容】海纳百容，通四海。

活动不仅将中西绘画、书法、舞蹈演艺及其他艺术融合在一起。也是一个艺术交流的桥梁，一个奉献爱心的平台，至今已为新加坡“总统慈善挑战”筹得超过一百万新币的善款，让公益与艺术同行。
